Hello Everyone! Today I will talk about my night-time skincare routine. Having a good skincare routine is really important if you want your skin to be glowy and stay as youthful as possible!
Makeup Remover
The first step is always to remove your makeup at the end of the day. This is one of the most important steps, you should NEVER go to sleep with your makeup on, no matter how tired or drunk you are! But makeup wipes are actually bad for your skin because they are harsh as well as they harm the environment. Therefore I use Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse & Glow.
This micellar rose water is really gentle towards your skin and it has two main ingredients:
Micelles - it removes all the impurities from your skin, and
Rose Water - it brightens your skin.

Face Cleanser
It is also very important to double-cleanse! The makeup remover alone doesn't clean out all the dirt and oils built up on your skin, that's why you should always use a face wash. Two of my favourite products that I alternate between days are Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser.
I use CeraVe on the days where I have a few more breakouts because it contains Salicylic Acid, which is one of the best products to fight acne. I like the Cetaphil cleanser because it is very gentle towards your skin and it also doesn't contain any fragrance, therefore it is suitable for sensitive skin.
Don't forget, always pat dry your face with a towel instead of rubbing, that creates wrinkles!

Serum
At the moment, I am trying to build up my moisture skin barrier because I damaged it when I was over-exfoliating my skin. So now I use Hyaluronic Acid by one of my favourite skincare brands The Ordinary.
Always remember to use Hyaluronic Acid on damp skin because it is a powerful humectant which basically means that it draws water into the skin from the environment. If it is used incorrectly, it can dry out your skin even more!

Moisturiser
The last step in my skincare routine is a moisturiser. You should use one even you have oily skin! The one I use at the moment is The Inkey List Multibiotic Moisturiser.
It is really lightweight, suitable for oily skin, and helps maintain your skin's pH levels.
