Here is my recommendation in the consumption of several foods. First, it is milk, which is called - nemoloko, i would recommend drinking instead of regular milk. Since it is made of oats.
From butter (buy 82% and above), including healthy foods in your diet. Likewise, you can add products like vegetables/fruits/greens, nuts, olives, chia seeds, rice (brown/dark), spelt (whole grain/crushed), quinoa, avocado.
Finally, pasta - from durum varieties is healthier! (the darker the better: from pea flour, lentils, buckwheat)

Since we all live in a detrimental environment, it will be very beneficial to exercise more to reduce stress level and consume as many vitamins as possible in form of (Omega-3, A, E, C, D, B12, iron and many others)
